In the context of increasing globalization and international integration, English has become a crucial tool for students to access knowledge and career opportunities. However, the practice of teaching English to non-specialized students at many universities still heavily emphasizes grammar and vocabulary, neglecting to adequately develop communicative skills. A communicative teaching method, oriented towards developing language use in real-world situations, is considered a suitable approach. This article researches and proposes several solutions to improve the effectiveness of applying communicative teaching methods in teaching English to non-specialized students at universities.
